Every new client begins with a free 45-minute consultation to talk through your dog's history, your goals, and whether we're a good fit. Afterward I'll send a short summary and recommended training plan for you to review before deciding how you'd like to move forward.
You'll learn how to build new skills into your daily routine and respond effectively to what comes up between sessions. Lessons move at your pace, with support available in between. Each series includes written summaries and at-home practice guides.
Number of lessons affects how much ground we can cover, from early skills to more complex behavior work. Descriptions below are examples of what each series might cover, but each dog is different, and we'll talk through your specific goals during your consultation.
3-lesson series | $400
A focused series and good starting point if your dog is generally manageable but you want walks to feel easier, home routines to be clearer, or you just want them to have a stronger foundation and calmer mindset before bigger issues come up.
5-lesson series | $650
A better fit if you need more time to build reliability—getting skills to hold up outside of the home, reducing overexcitement, or working through mild behavior patterns that need more than a few sessions to shift.
7-lesson series | $850
Allows for more flexibility and time for dogs with bigger behavior patterns to address, or when training needs to generalize across more envronments and situations. Also a good fit for more intensive training goals that need time and repetition to build.
Puppy fundamentals
Any series can be tailored for puppies, adjusted for where your dog is developmentally and includes a free check-up lesson once your dog is older to help you stay on track. For very young pups, lessons can be split into two shorter sessions if needed. Common focus areas are:
Calm house and leash manners
Foundations for recall
Prevention of common adult problem behaviors like jumping, overexcitement, or excessive barking
Socialization and exposure to new environments, dogs, and people
Extra support
Coached practice sessions and training walks are available between lessons - useful for refining your handling, timing, or getting more repetitions in real environments.
Single lessons are available to extend a completed series, or as standalone 1-hour session for returning clients and experienced handler - useful for troubleshooting, skill refinement, or boarding prep.
Not intended as a starting point for new clients or for broader behavior work.
Lessons are held in person and may take place on-site (in Edmonds), off-site, or in-home as applicable to your training goals.
Day Training | $35 / hour
